population= 1000

q² (Frequency of Homozygous Recessive Individuals)= .02

q (Frequency of Dominant allele)= .14

p² (Frequency of Homozygous Dominant Individuals)= .74

p (Frequency of Recessive allele)= .86

2pq (Frequency of Heterozygous Individuals) = .24

Steps:

1. Take square root of q² to get q. 

               √q² = q

2. Subtract the q value from 1 to get p.

               1-q = p

3. Square p to get p².

               p x p = p²

4. Multiply 2 times the values p & q to get 2pq

               2 x p x q = 2pq

5. Multiply q² by 1000(population) to obtain the frequency of HomozygousRecessive individuals.

    Multiply p² by 1000 to obtain the frequency of Homozygous Dominant individuals.

    Multiply 2pq by 1000 to obtain the frequency of Heterozygous individuals.

After looking over the data my group took, and the data the rest of my class took, I concluded that 

A was the Depressant

B was the Normal water

C was the Stimulant

In order to come to this conclusion, I first gathered all of my data and calculated the average pulses of each cup of every team. Then I found the mean (average) of each group - A, B, or C -by taking the averages of every team, adding them all up and dividing them by the amount of numbers you added up, in this case nine. As a result, I ended up with A having the average of 30.9, B had the average of 32.5, and C had an average of 36.56 .
